Our origins date back to 1957 when James Sim, a Civil Engineer, formed a construction company. Acting as a Principal Contractor we carry out projects of a varied nature ranging from minor works to individual contracts of up to 5M in value. Over the years there has been diversification into housing development, structural steelwork, cladding and car parking systems together with design and build projects.

All of the foregoing are encompassed within Sim Building Group Ltd.

This group operates within the confines of the Construction Industry Training Board. The contractor group members assess their joint needs for training and procure courses to meet their needs.
