Absolutely appalling service. I had an appointment and they did not show nor let me know they werent showing, I waited all afternoon! They came to quote the next day after I chased them and yet asked me to go into their showroom two days later to actually provide a quote. I did just that and was left waiting TWICE whilst the lady decided other customers were more important. Ultimately ended up leaving an hour later after being completely dismissed. The most disgusting service I have received in a very long time. I wont be ordering and I will be warning everyone I know never to use them

Needed blinds for three rooms ASAP and Arnolds went above and beyond to accommodate that. The customer service from first entering the shop to the blinds fitted was exemplary and I highly recommend Arnolds for all your interior needs. I also purchased lino for the bathroom which is beautiful and well within budget. Thank you so much. I will definately be a returning customer

I am sure you will find what you are looking for at Arnold's. Most helpful but not pushy in any way. Lots of beautiful fabrics to choose from for your soft furnishings. Definitely worth a visit

Just picked up curtains from Arnolds and they are fantastic. Roni and Jenny have been brilliant in helping to pick the material to actually making the curtains up. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you very much. Fabulous service.
