Carpets
We offer a wide range of carpets in various textures, colours, and patterns, designed to add character and warmth to any space. Our selection includes pure wool and synthetic options from renowned brands like Cormar and Jacaranda. Carpets provide comfort underfoot, insulation, and versatility for both contemporary and traditional interiors. Clients can take samples home to ensure the perfect match for their dcor.
Luxury Vinyl Flooring
Our Amtico luxury vinyl tiles combine functionality with stylish designs that mimic wood and stone. These durable, moisture-resistant tiles are ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and conservatories. They can be installed in custom patterns with decorative borders, offering a versatile solution for high-traffic areas. We provide free samples and expert installation to ensure lasting results.
Engineered Wood
Engineered wood flooring offers the elegance of solid wood with enhanced durability and stability. Available in oak and walnut, it features a hardwood top layer bonded to a sustainable base, resisting warping and humidity changes. We supply and install premium engineered wood from global mills, with finishes like natural oil and satin lacquer to suit any aesthetic.
Stair Runners
Stair runners add style and safety to hallways and stairs. We create bespoke runners from broadloom carpets or Roger Oates flatweave designs, with edging options like cotton tape or leather. Our fitters ensure precise installation, complemented by stair rods for a polished finish. Ideal for high-traffic areas, they combine practicality with elegant design.
Bespoke Rugs
Our custom-made rugs allow clients to create unique floor coverings tailored to their space. Available in materials from Crucial Trading and Unnatural Flooring, rugs can be whipped or taped with cotton, leather, or suede. Excellent advice and service. Fitting is absolutely first class - a really high quality job. Additionally - I really, really appreciate their integrity. I was away when the carpet was fitted. They choose to keep my existing underlay as it was in really good condition and they refunded me the saving!! Really impressive.

I have used Abacus Carpets for many years. Most recently they supplied new carpet for my hall/stairs/landing. They were very helpful in lifting the old carpet and then fitting the new at times which worked in with the rest of the decorations. The estimator and office staff are always helpful in providing advice and suggestions.

I am very pleased that we went to the Abacus Carpet Company for new carpets in 3 bedrooms and 2 flights of stairs. Having visited their showroom and made our carpet selection, everything that followed progressed very smoothly. They accommodated all our wishes to meet our somewhat complex timetable for the laying of carpets, as we had planned for each bedroom to be redecorated first. The carpet layers did an excellent job and were very willing to move furniture when necessary. Should we need carpets again, Abacus will be top of the list.
