Jaimie & Tony are great to deal with. They cannot do enough to help. As for the product then my wife & I couldn't be more pleased. The flooring looks great....and our joiner who fitted it offered that it's the best quality engineered oak flooring he's ever installed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Machells Joinery & Oak Flooring.

From beginning to end Jaime and the team were amazing, they made my crazy disgustingly big front door dream a reality, and it couldnt be more perfect. Every tiny detail is there, Jaime went out of his way to make sure the finished door was exactly how I described. It is absolutely beautiful. It helps massively also that I was invited down stage by stage to look at the door in its development, and update pictures continually being sent. Could not be more pleased. I have already recommended Machells to family and friends and will continue to do so. I will always ask for there help on any bespoke

Excellent service from Jaime at Machells. He went over and above in terms of customer service , offering lots of advice along the way and checked in after to make sure I was happy with the flooring. I am over the moon with it. The quality is excellent and it is exactly the colour and finish I wanted to achieve. It has transformed my home. I am so impressed with the product and the level of service I received. Thank-you Jaime
