Fantastic experience of working with Gavin Lomax Design & Build. They completed a FULL kitchen refit, new electrics, radiators, bi-folds, structural works, fitted and moved windows, vaulted the roof, insulated the space, built new tiled steps and refurbished the flooring. They coordinated the work ( including building control input and sign off and structural engineer input) from start to finish with great communication by the Project Manager Sam throughout.
They used a WhatsApp channel to ensure we always knew or could ask about progress and next steps. They ensured the home/site was secure at all times and that we had a working mini-kitchen whilst our old one was pulled out. The quality of their finishing was superb. When issues arose they were open and transparent around options, costs and timescales. They had great suggestions and the team were skilled, courteous and hard working. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot be trusted!!! One of this companys employees crashed their van into the back of my car causing injury and damage. The owner has since been actively avoiding telling his insurance and stalling the claims progress leaving my car unrepaired and off the road! God forbid they do work and something goes wrong as they wont tell their insurance company to put things right. Be very aware when employing this cowboy outfit

Employed Gavin and his team to do a bit of an update at our property. All his staff seemed to take their jobs seriously, were friendly and on the whole the works were completed to a good standard. Test is would we employ them again, the answer is yes.
