Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning uses hot water extraction to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. We pre-treat spots, vacuum thoroughly, and apply protective treatments to prolong freshness. Ideal for homes and offices, this service restores carpets to a hygienic, like-new condition with minimal disruption.
Hard Floor Cleaning
Specialising in vinyl, tile, and stone floors, we strip away built-up grime and restore shine. Our process includes polishing and sealing to protect surfaces, enhancing durability and appearance. Perfect for kitchens, hallways, and commercial spaces requiring durable, gleaming floors.
Upholstery Cleaning
We rejuvenate sofas, chairs, and other upholstery using targeted stain removal and steam cleaning. A fabric protector is applied to resist future soiling, ensuring soft furnishings remain fresh and hygienic. This service extends the life of upholstery while eliminating allergens and odours.

Spilt some red wine on a new carpet and called Jeremy to sort it out. We managed to get most of the wine out with lukewarm water and towels, and Jeremy removed the remaining light staining with some precise spot cleaning. Carpet is now spotless again, and I'm no longer in the dog house. Very happy with the service, would recommend.

We had Jeremy From 5 Star Cleaning come out and clean our stairs and landing. This was competed to a very high standard we would recommend them to anyone.

Reacted proactively and positively to my initial feedback.
Waived call-out fee in lieu. Very honest, and said the loft carpet was beyond cleaning (and needed to be replaced). Professional and credible.
