The product was primed and top coated (twice) before being hung. It was trimmed at the bottom to fit the frame. It was hung for 3 days and after one rainfall resulted in severe bowing and cracks at the top of the door. One night of rain should not have had such a detrimental effect. Two carpenters on site for my building work said it was badly made.
Wittwood admitted straight away to an error of not having dowels inserted. They agreed to provide a replacement but asked for the faulty product to be returned

Awesome customer service, on my third custom made door and I cant fault them. Well packaged for postage. Highly recommended
