First class service. Jamie handled our initial enquiry fantastically well and advised us of all the various options over the phone. The fitters did a great job and my new carpet looks great. Overall, excellent value and service and I would highly recommend giving this company a call if you are looking for a new carpet.

Customer service is second-to-none, with a special mention to Jamie. I have never bought carpets before so I went armed with lots of questions and even though he knew I was only browsing, Jamie went out of his way to answer all my questions and kept checking in to make sure I was OK.
