Delighted with the recent work carried out by MD & BW Buxton. Dan and his assistant Alex fitted a walk in shower in August followed in October by Lee fitting a replacement downstairs loo. All the fitters were professional,hard working and polite. All took care and attention to their work plus they left our house clean tidy after completion of the jobs. Would definitely use this firm again.

We recently had a full central heating system fitted by Buxtons and would like to say how delighted we are with their service. Paul Buxton quoted for the job and the fitters Lee and Jack were first class. They were efficient, polite and very professional and also hoovered and cleaned up before they left every night. Would definately recommend MD & BW Buxton. We shall be contacting them again when we refurbish our bathroom.

We needed an entire refit of our bathroom, including the removal of old tiling, and also needed a boiler upgrade. Paul Buxton came to visit us, and guided us through our options, helped us with our design for the new bathroom, including strengthening the floor, electrical work, including additional lighting, and suggested a choice of boilers. They weren’t the only firm we asked, but we were impressed with the level of professionalism, and so chose Buxton’s to do both jobs. I’m so pleased we did. Absolutely top class service. Steve and his team have done numerous works on my property from removing a downstairs cloakroom, removal of gas fire and blocking up fire place to a whole new luxury bathroom and a new central heating system. It has been a streamlined and professional service to say the least. The staff are to Buxton’s credit, we felt completely at ease with the them and we left them to get on with it without worrying if needing to go out. Cleaned up constantly to reduce the mess too. First visited this shop beginning August. Took 10 days to get a visit. Following the visit it took a week to get a quote after chasing it up. Then took a further week to get the contract after chasing up. Strangely comes 2nd class post when in the digital age of email. After signing and paying the deposit it took days to order the fire and I was told 10 days delivery. After 3 weeks I chased again to be told we will call you when it’s in. After several days I had to call again to chase it up. Then I was told further delay of 21st at 10am The following day I get an with an update from the supplier

I have used this company for over 20 years for all my plumbing and heating needs. They have always completed the works to a very high standard. All the workmen have always worked in a very professional manner and are always very helpful and polite. Due to unprecedented times sadly things are taking a little longer, however I am prepared to wait as I know the job will be first class.
