Awful customer service, the whole experience was not what I expected for this company. I would not recommend them and I will never get windows from them again. They are too busy to offer any sort of customer service and busy is used in all their corespondents and attitude.

+1 for awful customer service. The woman on the phone is useless, couldn't be bothered to get the 'sales-team' to return calls asking for quotes for new windows. Will go elsewhere, advise you do the same.
