Commercial Installations
We deliver reliable commercial electrical installations for offices, warehouses, and industrial units. Our NICEIC-approved team handles full fit-outs, lighting design, power systems, and EICRs. Every project follows BS 7671 regulations to ensure safety and compliance. Clients benefit from minimal disruption, fast turnarounds, and systems designed for long-term efficiency.
New Builds
Specialising in electrical installations for new housing developments, we work with major builders like Barratt and Persimmon. Our services include design coordination, first/second fix installations, and Part P compliance testing. We future-proof systems with smart controls and EV charging pre-wiring while maintaining strict project timelines across Yorkshire and the North East.
Solar PV and Battery
We install high-efficiency solar PV systems using JA Solar and Trina panels, paired with SolaX and Fox batteries. Our bespoke designs maximise energy generation and storage, reducing grid reliance. Free surveys assess roof suitability, with options for EV integration. Systems qualify for the Smart Export Guarantee and include ongoing maintenance support.
EV Charging
We install domestic and commercial EV charge points from PodPoint and Project EV. Our NICEIC-registered electricians ensure safe, compliant installations with smart load balancing. Services include site surveys, OZEV grant applications, and integration with solar systems. We support rapid charging solutions and multi-point commercial setups.
Air Source Heat Pumps
We design and install MCS-certified air source heat pump systems from Daikin and Mitsubishi. These low-carbon heating solutions reduce energy bills while qualifying for Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants. Our process includes property assessments, system design, and annual servicing to maintain optimal efficiency across Yorkshire and the North East.
