RAT INFESTED OXFORD STORAGE
I stored at magenta storage Botley Road Oxford from December 2019- May 2021 paying almost 300 per month for a unit on the ground floor AE7 and then AE9. This branch is absolutely rubbish for parking to access the storage , only one loading space available and the street is very busy with residents parking so little chance of parking especially at the weekend . After the first lockdown you had to phone when you got to magenta and ask them to open the door which is a ridiculous waste of time and makes no difference whatsoever in protecting against covid its just

Magenta botley road excellent storage center, easy to use with friendly staff with good advice on storage options for long & short term use good prices on boxes, plenty of trollies for transport to the unit, drive up loading area, nothing is to much trouble just ask at the reception thank you guys!

We used Magenta recently found the service excellent the store was clean lots of trolleys to hand will use again if the times comes thank you !
