Services
Damp Surveys
Our damp surveys identify condensation, rising damp, and penetrating damp through detailed moisture analysis. We assess building fabric, ventilation, and external factors to prescribe targeted remedial actions. Clients receive clear guidance on preventing recurrence and preserving structural integrity.
Dry Rot Treatment
We diagnose dry rot infestations by inspecting timber moisture levels and structural damage. Our treatment plans include eradication methods, replacement of affected timbers, and preventive measures to ensure long-term protection of building integrity.
Woodworm Inspections
Our inspections identify wood-boring insects and assess damage severity. We recommend species-specific treatments, such as chemical preservation or timber replacement, to halt decay and prevent future infestations in residential and historic properties.
Building Decay Analysis
We evaluate decay caused by moisture, fungal growth, or insect activity in building materials. Our analysis includes cavity wall ties, masonry, and timber elements, with reports outlining repair strategies and preservation techniques tailored to each property.
Historic Property Surveys
Specialist surveys for historic buildings assess damp, decay, and structural risks while preserving architectural integrity. We provide conservation-focused solutions for landmarks like Enniskillen Castle and Belfasts Carnegie Library, ensuring compliance with heritage standards.

I contacted them through the website for a rough quote. Ray called me and discussed the issues and gave me multiple helpful bits of information which could help solve the majority of the issues. He suggested if any problems persisted after fixing those issues to give them a call and they would happily investigate the issues. This could save us a lot of money and we may not need them out at all now thanks to their free advice.
Had a lovely professional and very informative chat with Ray and he seemed more interested in helping me out than making money off me. I would suggest anyone who has damp

I had conversations with both Ray and his son Lawrence over the phone and both were incredibly helpful and informative. Lawrence came himself to look at the problem (wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing at all times) and was able to diagnose it very quickly, and in the process I believe saved me a lot of hassle and money that I would have had going direct to a damp proof company. Lawerence was very knowledgable and immediately put me at ease that the problem wasn't what I feared. I would 100% recommend their services if you want an independent, impartial and informed opinion and I
