Before we approached Interior Decisions, we had spoken to another firm and were not getting clear answers. We spoke to James and the communication and professionalism in approach was head and shoulders above many other firms we have been dealing with. I cannot praise him enough. We then had an issue with Supply chain on the floor we wanted. Not their fault but they communicated well. We then had to change flooring and James and Dave pulled out all the stops to fit us in around other jobs. This was not easy as their diary was blocked. James put together a schedule and unlike every other builder

James and the team were excellent from start to finish. They fitted new carpet to 3 bedrooms, the living room, stairways and hallways, and I am overjoyed with the result. James' customer service was excellent and he was quick to respond to any queries I had along the way, and the fitters that carried out the work were so helpful and pleasant and tidied up along the way. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have their carpets done

James & his team were fantastic from start to finish. We were looking for new carpet for living room, stairs and landing. Extremely knowledgable and professional and provided a very high quality service. Really good choice of carpet options so suit a variety of budgets. The fitters did an excellent job as we had some particularly tricky bits around the top of the stairs that have been finished perfectly. Very affordable, so highly recommend and will definitely use again.
