After feathering our floor yesterday, today Scott collected his things from our living room, left, then told me over the telephone that he no longer wanted to do this job (I was upstairs unaware the whole time, door open because other workmen were around). He was very apologetic, but it would have been nice if he had been upfront about why he no longer wanted to do it or at least had the courage to explain it to my face. Scott is a professional who does what he says he is going to do. He was punctual, efficient and clean. The Karndeen flooring I had fitted was finished off superbly in the time frame that Scott said he would do it in. I would highly recommend him for your flooring needs.
