Another Great Job Done!! Just had our third floor project in seven years completed by First Floors once again. Great service from David and his showroom team from assisting in the selection of materials through to arranging the installation. Chris and his team worked tidily and efficiently on the hardwood flooring with great attention to detail. Gordon who fitted the stair carpet was very professional in his work and was able to resolve some problematic details to our entire satisfaction. Would definitely recommend First Floors.

I purchased amtico flooring 3 years ago for our kitchen service and fitting were excellent, However after 8 months the flooring yay our conservatory area started to lift. I called first floors and due to COVID they could not resolve the problem as we live in Troon Ayrshire Now all David Samuels offered was 50 to have a local tradesmen refit the panels, no one locally wants to do the work. Do Not buy flooring from this company if you live in Ayrshire they dont come and repair their faulty workmanship.

We recently purchased engineered oak flooring and carpets from First Floors. The customer service from David and team was exceptional. We had just moved home from overseas and bought a house with no floors so we did not have access to allow First Floors to measure. Theye allowed us to use our own measurements as we wanted the floors laid ASAP once we had the keys. The floor is beautiful and laid very professionally (thanks Steven). The carpets are also lovely and exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would change about the experience would be to have First Floors assess the house in advance.

Fantastic service. David gave me great advice on which flooring would be most suitable for my business premises. Within the week Steven came to fit the flooring and, as promised, was in and out in a day. Cant recommend this local Company enough. Anna Smylie ZuZu Giffnock.

I moved home in December and was getting new flooring put in. I received excellent customer service from Andy who I felt went over and beyond to help make moving and getting jobs done that little bit easier. Options of flooring were discussed in detail along with clear breakdowns of the pricing and offers. Andy was very flexible assisting with measurements even taking the time outside of working hours to help at such a hectic time for me and kept in touch with me through developments making sure everything went smoothly. I am very happy with the service from first floors and will definitely use
