Measured Surveys

We conduct detailed measurements of existing properties to create accurate scale drawings. Our surveys form the foundation for all subsequent design work, ensuring precise planning applications and construction documentation. Clients receive comprehensive site analysis reports to inform their project decisions.

Sketch Designs

Our initial design phase explores creative solutions tailored to client requirements. We develop multiple design options through iterative discussions, focusing on spatial functionality and aesthetic appeal. This stage helps clients visualise their project before committing to detailed plans.

Planning Applications

We prepare and submit planning applications to local authorities, managing all regulatory requirements. Our expertise in local planning policies ensures efficient approvals for extensions, new builds, and commercial developments while maintaining design integrity.

Building Regulation Drawings

We create detailed technical drawings compliant with UK building regulations. These documents coordinate structural engineering requirements and ensure safe, code-compliant construction. Our precise documentation minimises delays during the approval process.

RA were recommended by friends and were there offering advice and guidance even before we had completed on the house purchase. They are knowledgeable, professional and above all creative. The house was gutted with front and back extensions and the fact it all came together into the house we love is because of the constructive but demanding relationship RA had with the builders. Strong project skills and great tracking of costs. Overall an excellent service. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience with Reigate Architects. We thought we knew what we wanted from our extension but Roy guided us through a host of options and the finished result is more than we could have ever asked for. We have a useable family space which has changed our view of the house from a short term option to a home for life. Many thanks Reigate Architects.

Of all the architects I have dealt with privately and in business over 60 years, Simon Walter and his team were by far the most 'user friendly'. They did not carry the oft found delusions of grandeur or self-importance and they listened very carefully indeed to their clients desires and wishes, putting up reasonable structural and aesthetic objections where they saw fit. Their pice de resistance was caused by a problem with the work on one of the roofs. With no question or resort to Agreements, Simon and the husband and wife contractors worked through a Sunday of very heavy rain to rectify the

Reigate Architects (Simon Walter and his team) provided an excellent service through conceptual design, planning permission to building regulation approval. The creative solution to our renovation/remodel was far beyond our original expectations and I firmly believe that it is worth starting the process with ideas but an open mind as to possible solutions. The quality of solution and accuracy of design drawings was commended by our builders. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reigate Architects for challenging and innovative renovations and build projects.
