We contacted Poolman as an authorised supplier of our automatic pool cover as ours was inoperable. Poolman staff attended promptly and identified the issue. Their quote was significantly less than the other company we had asked to look at the problem. Poolman confirmed they could replace the broken component at a minimal cost rather than replace the entire roller, motor and pulley system. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard by polite and professional staff. We will definitely be using them for our annual cover servicing in future. Highly recommend

I contacted this company a few weeks ago & spoke to James the owner, he was very helpful & sent me some prices, & suggested we come down & look
At the pool at their showroom. My husband & I came down a week later, spoke to someone called Jack - he showed us the pool, spoke to us about the different liners & showed us the pump system. Jack didnt seem very knowledgeable & couldnt answer some
Of our questions about oil heating & cash payments. Never mind we thought, wed speak to the engineer when he comes out. We left our details & it was arranged that an engineer would call us on Monday

Where do I start? After meeting the MD of Poolman I was assured that the installation of my new liner pool would be stress free, no issues as this was their "standard" installation and I would enjoy the experience. After nearly a year, the installation is still not complete. To make matters even worse, the products and services that they have provided have since failed and the entire wall on one side has broken away leaving the pool unusable and un safe. The stance the MD has taken is that they are NOT responsible yet it is clear via CCTV footage that their products have failed and now they expect
