Services
Stone Floor Cleaning
Our stone floor cleaning service restores natural stone surfaces like marble, limestone, and travertine to their original brilliance. Using pH-neutral solutions and rotary machines, we remove deep-seated dirt and stains without damaging the stone. Ideal for both residential and commercial properties, this service enhances durability and maintains the aesthetic value of high-traffic areas.
Wood Floor Sanding
Dust-free wood floor sanding eliminates scratches and wear from oak, pine, and parquet floors. Our three-step process with industrial-grade abrasives ensures a smooth finish, followed by sealing to protect against future damage. This service is perfect for historic properties and modern homes seeking to revive original floorboards.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Low-moisture commercial carpet cleaning uses truck-mounted extraction for deep cleaning office carpets, event venues, and retail spaces. Our 24/7 out-of-hours service ensures minimal disruption, with carpets drying in under two hours. This method removes 98% of allergens and extends carpet lifespan for businesses.
Tile Restoration
Tile restoration services revive glazed and unglazed ceramic tiles, including Victorian patterns and safety flooring. We employ diamond abrasion techniques to remove etching and grout haze, followed by sealing to prevent staining. This service is ideal for heritage properties and commercial kitchens requiring slip-resistant surfaces.
Terrazzo Floor Restoration
Terrazzo restoration involves diamond grinding and honing to expose aggregate patterns, followed by crystallisation for a mirror finish. Our technicians repair cracks and replace damaged grout, restoring original designs in period properties and public buildings across the South West.

Gary quickly responded to my request for advice on restoration of a limestone floor in an apartment in Bath and explained in detail what could be done to bring it back to good condition. His quote arrived quickly and he was able to do the work in very short time to meet a deadline for letting the apartment. I was delighted by the result and the care taken in carrying out the work exactly on time and without making any mess. I highly recommend Advantex.

Gary and his son worked hard and thoroughly for the two days they were in the house. The job was carried out exactly as we had agreed; on time and to a high standard. Our flagstones look reborn. No hesitation in recommending Advantex.
