Working on behalf of the developer we prepared detailed design drawings for the conversion of a range of traditional barns into separate dwelling units. Refurbishment of hall, single storey extension and alterations to the external areas including improved disabled access. Andrews Eades produced a design, obtained local authority consents and carried out the contract administration works.
Detached New Building - Our involvement with the project spanned right through from concept to completion, the facilities provided within the new building included a hall, commercial kitchen, three classrooms, storage and supplementary conveniences.
