Detailed, insightful and incredibly trustworthy. Probably the best choice we made in the home-buying/selling process was to work with Donald and Angela. Professional yet friendly and approachable. Fantastic service. I used Donald's services and his report and advise was so comprehensive that it helped me make an informed decision not to go ahead with the property. I had no hesitation in using his services for the next one which I did end up buying again mainly on his in-depth survey. A month back I got a note from a solicitor acting on behalf of my neighbor that an extension I was planning could mean third party wall issues. Angela and Donald to the rescue again.
