Carlton couldn't be more helpful. Had problems with our boiler, Carlton attended soon as he could and repaired everything at a reasonable cost. Really trustworthy and honest gentleman, wouldn't use anyone else. We use Carlton for our yearly boiler services, which is also incredibly reasonably priced. Delightful guy to talk to whilst he's servicing / repairing your boiler too. Much rather support a local tradesperson rather than the big companies like homeserve too! Thanks Carlton.

Having previously experienced unreliable plumbers and substandard works, contacting GAP services has been one of the best choices I have made. We can’t begin to express how impressed we have been with both Carltons exceptional high standards and customer service. It’s been a pleasure to have him carry out the work on our heating system. We would very highly recommend Carlton because of his fantastic customer service. He replaced our old cylinder tank boiler with a combi into a new location and he got the job done quickly, no fuss and for a fantastic price. He was knowledgeable, professional, reliable, a very tidy worker and just a genuinely nice man to deal with. I looked on the Worcester Bosch website for one of their accredited installers to fit a new boiler so I could take advantage of the Worcester Bosch 10 year guarantee. There I found Carlton, owner of Gas And Plumbing Services.
He gave me a very fair quote and confirmed that as he was an accredited Worcester Bosch installer I would indeed get their 10 year guarantee.
Carlton and his assistant Dan did a great job fitting my new boiler. Very polite and professional with a good eye for detail.
Highly recommended and I will definitely use again.

Carlton and Dan have just finished installing a WB condensing boiler for me. Originally 2 days and finished in 1.5, super clean , tidy and professional approach. Best quote and top notch communication throughout plus friendly and down to earth approach. Thorough explanation of controls and run through of the system left us feeling very happy with the service provided.

We needed a new boiler and after numerous quotes Carlton outshone others by a mile. Knowledgeable and keen to meet our needs the job took 2 days. Punctual, Reliable, clean and tidy and all with a smile. Special mention for Dan 'the apprentice' his work was excellent, great brick work Dan.
