On 9th June 2017 an engineer charged me 205 + VAT to complete a high pressure water jotting on an outside drain which was blocked. This has not worked!!! I am in the same position as before with a much lighter wallet. I have emailed the company to ask how they can rectify this as the job in my view is not completed as its not worked. Should they get back in touch to sort it out then I will happily remove this post...but until then I stand by the view that we have received an utterly poor service amd would not recommend them to anyone. Watch this space.

I rang the office and was given a quote over the telephone of 35+vat for rods however i was told if it needed a Jet i would be quoted on the engineers inspection for this. My drains was over spilling on the garden and i knew it needed the jet, engineer was very efficient and even cleaned up all the mess over the garden.
fantastic company engineer is a credit to you and would definitely use should i need to and highly recommend.
i feel i must also state i am a lady with a young child also and never felt like i was being intimidated to pay more.
