I contacted Southview Surveyors in order to gain a separate survey from the standard bank survey on the property I was purchasing...Thank god I did! They produced a detailed home buyers report within a few days and highlighted a number of potential issues with the property which needed to be fully investigated, which I would of otherwise been blind too. Once these were fully checked over I could purchase my dream home with peace of mind.
