What security measures are in place?
Our facility uses CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and on-site management to ensure security. Units are located inside secure barns with individual locks.
Can I access my unit at any time?
Access is available daily from 7am to 8pm. Units can be accessed during these hours without appointment restrictions.
Are there different unit sizes available?
We offer six unit sizes ranging from 48sqft to 160sqft to accommodate various storage needs, from small household items to large business inventory.
Is insurance included?
Basic insurance covering up to £1,000 is included. Additional coverage is available through our StoreProtect policy at £2.50/month per £1,000 of value.
Do you offer removal services?
Yes, we partner with a removals company offering insured van transport and packing services. Free van hire is also available for storage customers.

We had tricky circumstances because we didn't know exactly how long we needed storage for all our household goods while we visited family abroad for almost 6 months and rented out our house during that time and for a while thereafter. In the end it was almost 9 months. Ben was very flexible and even increased the amount of storage we required on the day of arrival with the removers because we had underestimated our requirement. The rates were more competitive than the local removers, as was insurance we arranged through Surewise, and on departure, Town & Country found us somebody to remove our
