Very rude owner Celine. Would never recommend. They were prompt at coming to quote and Laurence was friendly and polite. Thats where it stopped. We booked to move 28th and they didnt ask us to pay a deposit. When we rang to ask about something else it transpires they had sold the 28th to someone else. Celine the owner was very rude on the phone and stated we hadnt exchanged (4weeks+ before move date) so she gave it someone else as its her business. Not helpful when trying to tie in a chain to a move date. If a deposit was crucial her team should have got us to pay when I sent the booking

I have used Lee Atkins Removals on a previous move. Moving this time I made no hesitation in contacting them. Within a couple of days of contacting them,they came to view my belongings. Shortly I will receive the quote . I know it will be favourable. Contact them they are very professional in their approach.

Used Lee Atkins to move from Middlesex to Shanklin, they were great from start to finish the office staff were polite, knowledgeable and understanding as I had to push date back 3 times, on the day Tommy and Max arrived and were polite and professional, they got on with the job and we left them to it to get an earlier ferry to collect the keys, a bigger team turned up to unload with Rich and Jack joining ranks they unloaded in record speed. Tommy came back the next afternoon as he had to go back and collect a few of our belongings that couldn't be taken on the day he made sure we had settled in

Thomas & Nathan did a sterling job of taking our entire home (including plants) into storage before our new home is ready. It was a 2 Day job & I have mobility problems, so couldn't help much & indeed probably got in the way, but nobody minded & indeed went out of their way to reassure me. Both men were Covid-19 aware & wore face masks throughout; they were both very respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, humorous, tidy & extremely thorough. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys & they took a lot of stress away from us.
'Lee Atkins' weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive
