Heaton Park Garden Centre is an old fashioned, traditional Garden Centre which concentrates on selling home grown plants from our own nurseries. Set within the historic grounds of the world famous Heaton Park, you can relax within the gardens which were planted over 100 years ago. The Horticultural Centre was established within the 18th century walled garden that once supplied fruit and vegetables for the whole estate.
With a Coffee Shop, a wide range of plants and a Pottery & Crafts centre, Heaton Park Garden Centre is a great day out!

Our garden centre is full of everything you need to have a healthy, productive, and beautiful garden. Our stock ranges from trees to tiny alpines, a huge range of edible and fruit bearing plants, willowy grasses and colourful annuals. We only sell organic fertilisers and composts, and grow as much as we can ourselves to ensure our plants are chemical free.

Whilst resting and refuelling here in our coffee shop please ensure you take a look at our unique grape vine which has been growing here for 800 years. She has been photographed thousands of times, almost as many times as grapes she has produced. Your coffee is served freshly ground and teas too plentiful to be able to mention.
