Welcome to Creative Building Projects, an experienced Sheffield based construction company who specialise in all types of commercial and industrial building works and residential new build works. We are a main contractor who take on projects valued between 50,000 and 2,000,000. We operate primarily in Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
We take on the Principle contractor role ensuring we coordinate the entire construction phase from start to finish. We provide construction services for commercial clients on new build, refurbishment and fit outs, and extensions, which include everything from design, planning and build.
We have experience working in the following areas; offices, industrial units and warehouses, retail, restaurants, bars, activity and leisure parks, educational buildings, medical services, petrol/service station forecourts and charity and churches.We also work with residential clients on new build homes, disability adaptations, high-end bespoke projects and major construction works.
