LKE did a side extension for me which was completed last March. I have experienced issues with the quality of their work. They had to come back to address leakage issues with my bathroom. They didn't fix issues with walls in my back garden and I incurred additional costs to rectify. I am now experiencing leaks in the roof of the extension and they are not even replying to my emails. The company over relies on sub contractors to do their work. Very disappointed with lack of responsiveness given the amount I have spent with the company.

LKE have done two kitchen extensions for my family now, one for me and one for my dad which is probably enough of a positive statement. The team of builders are always on time, super polite and work extremely hard..and leave the house orderly at the end of each day. The office is always responsive to queries and questions and am very happy with the end product. Once again, thanks to Roman and the team!

Everything that is included in the contract is explicitly specified and any additional pieces of work are itemised as extras. He gave good advice about getting quotes from others: "Ask what is not included in the conteract."
