Services
Wood Floor Cleaning
Our non-sanding wood floor cleaning removes accumulated dirt and old polish while preserving protective seals. Using specialist techniques, we restore surfaces through mechanical deep cleaning and reapplication of protective finishes. This service extends flooring lifespan by preventing the need for invasive sanding procedures in most cases.
Slate Floor Restoration
Specialist slate and stone cleaning employs emulsification and diamond pad technology to remove deep-seated dirt without surface damage. The process concludes with protective sealing that maintains natural aesthetics while preventing future staining from liquids and contaminants.
Commercial Floor Cleaning
Designed for commercial environments, our deep cleaning service removes industrial wear while maintaining operational continuity. The process includes stripping old coatings, mechanical cleaning, and application of protective finishes that enhance slip resistance and durability for high-traffic areas.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our deep cleaning system removes ingrained dirt from tile surfaces and grout lines using chemical stripping and industrial extraction. The process restores appearance while eliminating bacteria buildup, followed by sealing to maintain cleanliness between professional treatments.
Vinyl Floor Maintenance
Specialist cleaning for vinyl surfaces including Altro Safety, Amtico, and Karndean products. Our process removes accumulated grime and restores slip-resistant properties through polish stripping, deep cleaning, and protective buffing to maintain both safety and appearance.

A great service - again! We used Steve about 10 years ago to clean and polish our kitchen floor. Then, we'd let our home and found the kitchen limestone floor badly stained by tenants; Steve did a great job removing the stains and solving the problem. Two weeks ago we tracked Simply Floor Cleaning down again to "refresh" the kitchen floor after we'd had a new kitchen installed - boy, what an improvement! It was only after Steve and his brother had finished cleaning, resurfacing and sealing the floor did we see how good it could look again. Almost magic! We won't leave it so long next time.
