We had our whole house done, with a variety of carpet, laminate and LVT flooring, the whole process from choosing our flooring, measuring and having it all fitted was so easy and all ran like clockwork. The finish was amazing and everything was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!

I had the whole house carpeted last week and fitted by Marcus and Lee from Mascalls. The fitting took 2 days and the finish is amazing. Way beyond my expectations. They were also very friendly, polite, professional and tidy. Will absolutely use this company again.

Terrible customer service.
Brought and had fitted a hardwood floor from mascalls in 2016.
Sold as an un damageable floor, he was hitting it with a hammer and chisel in the showroom. perfect we thought. Within a month the floor had damage, contacted mascalls who repeated arranged appointments to check the damage and didn't turn up. It wasnt until I contacted the floor maker parador that things actually started to get rectified. Due to mmailing the floor company,mark calls me shouting at me because I have gone over his head and contacted the floor maker, reply to your customers and this wouldn

We wanted a local company to re do the floors and were recommended Mascalls, located in Whitfield (Dover) that was only a fifteen minute drive from our house. They have a well stocked show room and after great help and advice we picked our floors, wood for the ground floor and carpet for the stairs and booked a date. We vacated the house for a few days and got daily updates over the phone, no problems and they finished even sooner than expected. When we came home it looked fantastic.
