Food was lovely once it arrived. Unfortunately my order appeared not to get processed. Nearly 30 minutes later the waitress asked if I was waiting for food and I showed her my reciept.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, good selection of plants and when you're done with plants or gifts from the shop, the cafe is the place to stop!!! Lovely homemade food and especially cakes!!

Visited the cafe at the garden centre for the first time with my elderly father upon a recommendation. The server brought us the wrong food, then blamed myself for HER mistake! (Saying I stopped her apparently?) Charming. She wasnt particularly nice or helpful and I was quite taken aback by her manner. Very poor customer service, we will not be visiting again sadly. My food (tuna jacket) was mediocre however my father enjoyed his quiche (once he received the correct one!) which is a shame as we would have revisited was it not for the comment from the staff member. My father actually spotted

It's an adequate standard garden centre that will cater for most of what a standard gardener in England would want. Conveniently situated close to all standard stores that middle England would want. Would I make it a destination? Probably not...
