Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors

Our ultra-slim aluminium bi-folding doors maximise natural light while providing exceptional thermal efficiency. Featuring multi-point secure locks and available in 200 RAL colours, these doors create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The thermally broken system reduces condensation risk by 70% compared to traditional steel equivalents, making them ideal for both modern extensions and period property renovations requiring planning permission compliance.

Timber Sash Windows

Crafted from sustainably sourced Accoya wood, our timber sash windows combine traditional joinery techniques with modern treatments for enhanced durability. Each window undergoes a 10-year paint guarantee process and features micro-porous finishes that allow timber to breathe while maintaining period-accurate profiles. Ideal for Grade 2 listed buildings and conservation areas requiring authentic replacements that meet current building regulations.

Steel Replacement Windows

Our aluminium steel replacement windows replicate the slim sightlines of traditional Crittall-style windows while incorporating thermal break technology. The system achieves U-values as low as 1.2W/mK, significantly improving energy efficiency compared to original steel frames. Available with heritage-style mechanical joints and period-appropriate ironmongery options, these windows satisfy planning authority requirements for historic properties.

Composite Entrance Doors

Combining security and aesthetics, our composite entrance doors feature reinforced steel cores with timber or aluminium cladding options. Each door integrates with existing security systems and offers 200+ colour choices to match property styles. The multi-point locking mechanism exceeds PAS 24 security standards, while the thermally efficient design reduces heat loss by up to 40% compared to traditional timber doors.

Window Handles

We offer an extensive range of heritage and contemporary window handles, including Crittall-style offset arch handles and Art Deco brass finishes. Our bespoke ironmongery collection features 20 colour options with corrosion-resistant coatings for longevity. All fittings comply with BS EN 1906 standards for durability and are compatible with both modern and period window systems.

A great experience with The Window Sanctuary. They supplied and installed some celestial windows and roof lights to a loft conversion that we carried out. It is a period property with original sash windows and it was important to us that the new windows were in keeping with the character of the original house. We are delighted with the finished product. The customer service was very good and they were amenable when our architect got carried away and the window sizes increased quite materially from the original quotation - thereby working hard to minimise the extra costs. The quotation process was
