Questions
What are your opening hours during school holidays?
During school half terms we maintain regular garden centre hours: 9am-5:30pm Mon-Sat and 9:30am-4:30pm Sundays.
Do you offer online ordering for plants?
Our online store provides nationwide delivery for selected plants and homeware items with click-and-collect options available at Hague Lane.
Can I host a private event at the garden centre?
The Courtyard accommodates private events with dedicated booking for weddings, corporate functions, and family celebrations up to 150 guests.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Assistance animals are welcome everywhere. Other pets must remain outside except in designated areas like the family farm attraction.
How do I redeem gift cards purchased online?
Digital gift cards can be redeemed at any onsite retail outlet by presenting the purchase confirmation email at point of sale.
Is there parking for large vehicles?
Our main car park accommodates 1000+ vehicles including standard caravans and motorhomes. Coach parking available by prior arrangement.

Well kept gardens. There's so much to do there you can make it a family outing. The cafe is nice and they have a really nice new restaurant. Very fancy

I love the place but I must object to them assuming that I wanted medium coffees when I prefer small. Naughty way of drumming up profits!? But as I said I love the place so don't let that put you off.

Always find something nice here. Expensive but really good for Christmas stuff. Had a good laugh at this anatomically correct duck bottle opener. I wonder if the designer knew just how correct they were

Brilliant family day out, lots for kids to do and see. Enjoyed the little farm, good food in the cafe and a walk around the walled gardens.
