Services
Container-grown trees
Our container production nursery at Whitehall Road grows trees in 1-200 litre pots. This method ensures year-round planting flexibility and immediate establishment. With over 300,000 plants annually, we maintain consistent quality through in-house propagation. Ideal for urban landscapes and time-sensitive projects.
Field-grown trees
Brick Hill Farm produces field-grown trees from feathered whips to rootballed semi-matures. This traditional method suits large-scale planting schemes. Our 30-year expertise ensures optimal root development and transplant success. Available in various sizes for amenity and forestry applications.
Raspberry canes
Hartshead Nurseries specialises in raspberry canes and blackberries. Our propagation techniques produce vigorous, disease-resistant plants. Commercial growers benefit from bulk ordering options and seasonal availability. Ideal for establishing or expanding soft fruit enterprises across the UK.
Forestry transplants
We supply forestry transplants for woodland creation projects. Our stock includes native and commercial species grown to UK forestry standards. Bulk discounts available for large-scale afforestation schemes. Suitable for both public and private sector reforestation initiatives.
Alpine plants
Our specialist alpine collection caters to rockeries and drought-tolerant gardens. The range includes dwarf conifers, sedums, and saxifrages. These low-maintenance plants thrive in well-drained soils and exposed positions. Perfect for creating architectural interest in smaller spaces.

Visted this place for the first time (despite having lived in the area for decades), as we were on the look-out for a tree and some shrubs for our new house. We picked out a beautiful blossom tree for a very reasonable price from their large range, which was delivered (too large for our car) the following week and now takes a prime position and in full flower, in our garden. We revisted a couple of weeks afterwards to seek out some shrubs and came a away with a trolley full. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great range - especially for trees and shrubs coupled with good value prices - no doubt because
