Carpet Cleaning

Our deep carpet cleaning service removes embedded dirt and stains using hot water extraction. Technicians treat high-traffic areas and apply eco-friendly solutions to restore carpets to near-new condition. We protect surrounding areas with dust sheets and complete domestic cleans within 1-2 hours per room.

Upholstery Cleaning

Professional sofa and chair cleaning using fabric-safe techniques. We perform colour-fastness tests before treatment and remove pet hair, food stains, and odours. Our process maintains fabric integrity while eliminating allergens and bacteria from upholstered furniture.

Rug Cleaning

Full rug restoration service including fringe cleaning and odour removal. We handle both machine-made and natural fibre rugs, extracting 80% of dry soil before deep cleaning. Rugs dry quickly to prevent shrinkage or colour migration during the process.

Commercial Cleaning

Scheduled deep cleaning for business premises using non-toxic solutions. Our hot water extraction removes ingrained dirt from office carpets while minimising downtime. We follow health and safety protocols to maintain professional environments between regular maintenance cycles.

Stain Treatment

Targeted stain removal for common household spills including wine, coffee, and pet accidents. Technicians identify stain types before applying appropriate chemical solutions. We prioritise safe treatments that won't damage carpet fibres or upholstery fabrics during the cleaning process.

Hey, cheers for coming to my house and deep cleaning my dirty carpets! You went above and beyond and clearly take pride in your work. My carpets look like new again and even the nail varnish came out which I didn't expect. Great job guy!

Thank you very much for the attention to detail and thorough cleaning of my office carpets! I can tell that a lot of thought went into it. The rug was vacuumed, the chairs were cleaned, and there wasn't a trace of dirt anywhere on them afterwards. Awesi=ome and professional work and will recommend to my network of friends and business partners.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Heros and they look as good as new if not better lol. I'm so happy with the service that your company provides. You guys do such a great job and I can't thank you enough for cleaning my carpets and also being so polite on the day. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpet cleanings done because we will be coming back here again to book our carpets and upholstery cleaning without question. Great price too. I thought it would be more but I was very pleasantly surprised at the affordability of the service!

Just want to show my appreciation for the amazing clean of my carpets! They had not been cleaned in over six months, and I was getting really worried about the health of my family. You did such a great job with the carpet and sofa cleaning... All the stains are gone and everything looks fresh again. We can finally get back to living life without worrying so much about dirt on the floor. I'm going to spread your name around at work too!

Thank you for doing such a thorough job with my carpet and rug. I was really worried because my carpet has been dirty for a long time and the dirt seemed impossible to get out of. You did a great job though!
