Very professional, courteous and friendly staff from the start (house survey via Zoom) right through the moving process, to the very end of a rather complicated move. Relieved a lot of the headaches of moving day, although I can't really comment on price (as Britannia were the only people to reply to my short notice request, so didn't get other quotes) I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Britannia helped us move house a couple of weeks ago and would recommend them to all family and friends. Stressful day that was professionally managed with nothing being too much trouble and helped to put our minds at ease. Well equipped vehicles and protection for all valuables that has confirmed we made the perfect choice in appointing Britannia. Had various other quotes, a few cheaper however they did not instil confidence as they were reluctant to physically survey our home. Do not self-assess your needs as we got ours totally wrong.

Exceptional inter-personal skills of "Movers" gained from many years insight into peoples lives, are much appreciated and I note being passed on to Apprentices. Britannia at its best during stressful times with Covid on top.

Excellent service from start to finish of move. The staff took the stress out of the process . Nothing was too much trouble for the packing or removal teams. All were exceptionally hard workers. Packing boxes were collected from the new property within 24 hours of a request being made, again everyone involved with that part of the system were brilliant. Would certainly recommend Britannia
