Crate Hire is a family-owned business established in 2004, specialising in the hire and sale of durable plastic storage crates and packaging materials. With six strategically located depots across the UK, including our head office in West Thurrock, Essex, we provide nationwide delivery and collection services. Our commitment to sustainability is evident through our use of 100% recycled materials in all black removal crates and our status as an independently assessed carbon-neutral company. We maintain rigorous quality standards through ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and 27001 certifications, ensuring both product excellence and information security. Our team of security-vetted professionals delivers next-day timed services, supported by a fleet of branded vehicles and a comprehensive range of handling equipment.

As the UK's largest crate hire company, we combine industry expertise with eco-conscious practices to serve domestic and commercial clients. Our online platform enables seamless ordering, supported by a dedicated customer service team available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30. We maintain transparent operations through Trustpilot's 'Excellent' rating with 150+ verified reviews, demonstrating our commitment to client satisfaction.
