Very poor customer service. I ordered the wrong thickness of tile and so wanted to take them back for a refund. Unfortunately, the phone call I had with the Director was shocking. When I explained the mistake and that we had decided to use a different tile, he replied "Oh well". I challenged him on his etiquette and customer service and his reply was the business had been their for over 125 years! Apparently it is their policy not to give refunds and he was very rude on the phone. Be wary.

It is very difficult to source thick, high quality quarry tiles these days. I only found Ruabon Sales through a web forum. They have good quality stock and John and Dawn provide good service as well. They provided me a refund for returned excess tiles, no quibbles. I would definitely recommend Ruabon Sales and I will continue to use them on an ad-hoc basis.

Great service from the team at Ruabon sale limited, customer focused and even returned calls in the evening. My Ruabon red Quarry tile 200 x 100 x25mm thick arrived by pallet well secured by heavy duty heat shrinked plastic and delivered to the kerbside on the Isle of Bute Scotland. Nice tactile clay product, Will be making further purchase in the near future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Tile samples sent out are not what you will receive when you order. They send out a cheap, imported tile and have you believe youre buying locally made, quality product at a premium price. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE
