Called and emailed a bunch of times but they never got back to me despite saying they would. Went with Metro in the end who were reliable, polite, resposive and cheaper.

Bad problem broken victorian drain under kitchen flooring which had to come up, to reveal several litres of stagnant waste water and the cause of the mysterious foul smells! Fixed without fuss by Chris of Drain Wizard; whole system checked over for possible future problems before floor replaced for our peace of mind! Excellent job all round and all within a day with site left immaculate. Highly recommended.

When the engineer finally arrived(24 hours, reported as priority as I am disabled!) he was efficient and sorted the problem out in no time. It may have been Housing Assoc that caused delay(?).
