Fantastic service. I contacted Beko regarding my dishwasher detergent door and McBain called within the hour to arrange a date and time for repair. The lady who booked the appointment was knowledgeable and good to talk to. The engineer that arrived was courteous and happy. He had the job done very quickly and was very clean and tidy and finishing the work. Would really consider these guys for any out of warranty work on future.

I rang McBain last week and booked an appointment to have my Bosch dishwasher repaired. I told them at the time of booking it was a Bosch. I got a phone call the day before my appointment to say they weren't able to keep it as 'they are not authorised service agents for Bosch appliances'. Why bother giving me an appointment? I could have contacted another repairer if I'd known they couldn't help.
