Premium Bespoke Timber Greenhouses in Staffordshire

Established in 1994, Woodpecker Joinery is a family-owned British manufacturer of premium timber greenhouses and garden buildings. Based in rural Staffordshire, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering to create bespoke cedar greenhouses, cold frames, and garden rooms. Our team has over 30 years' experience in designing structures that balance aesthetic appeal with functional durability, using sustainably sourced Western Red Cedar and Accoya timber. We hold the Royal Warrant for supplying greenhouses to HRH The Prince of Wales, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks, featuring 4mm toughened safety glass and mortise-and-tenon joints for structural integrity. With a 10-year guarantee on cedar and 25-year guarantee on Accoya timber products, we offer free nationwide installation and export globally. Our showroom in Staffordshire allows customers to view full-sized displays, while our in-house design team provides tailored solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Bespoke Greenhouses

Our made-to-measure greenhouses are tailored to individual garden requirements. Using traditional joinery techniques, we create structures that maximise growing space while complementing garden aesthetics. Clients can specify dimensions, features and finishes to suit their horticultural needs and planning restrictions.

Cedar Greenhouses

Crafted from sustainably sourced Western Red Cedar, these greenhouses combine natural durability with visual appeal. The timber's inherent resistance to rot and insect damage ensures longevity, while its warm tones enhance any garden setting. All cedar greenhouses come with a 10-year structural guarantee.

Coldframes

Designed to extend the growing season, our coldframes protect plants from harsh weather. Constructed with mortise-and-tenon joints and 4mm toughened glass, they feature removable lids for easy access. Available in cedar or tanalised timber options with 5-10 year guarantees.

Garden Rooms

Octagonal and traditional garden rooms provide versatile outdoor spaces. Built using the same quality materials as our greenhouses, these structures feature full-height glazing for natural light and can be customised with insulation and heating for year-round use.

Shed Combos

Combining storage and growing space, these half-shed half-greenhouse units optimise garden functionality. The cedar-framed designs allow flexible configuration of greenhouse-to-shed ratios, with options for large windows and partitioned sections.
