Poorest service,Wigan council contractor,been fourteen times to a system losing pressure. I cannot get were all the 5 star reviews come from. They aren't in that 5 star bracket, not remotely.

Good response to my fault reported to Wigan Council. BHE engineer who was very polite and courtious visited same day and diagnosed fault and gave me instructions in case heating went off again. Same engineer returned today with new part and completed fault. Must commend BHE and the engineer for prompt response and service as a Oap with health problems. Many thanks KL

I took out BHE's boiler cover a few months ago. Within days the engineer came out to service my boiler. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he was very efficient and conscientious, (putting his shoe covers on before stepping out of the cellar into the hallway etc). Dealing with the office staff in relation a query was pleasant and efficient too so all in all a really positive experience!
