Critical:Professionalism
Considering they're based in London and the issues with air quality, it would be good if their staff could avoid sitting in their van with it idling playing on their phone for over half an hour. I appreciate they can't work when it's raining but it's a very polluting air heater and phone charger.

Need to teach their staff how to drive, especially in a company van. Very dangerous driving today near Bluewater.
