We selected Internorm windows and doors, supplied and installed by EcoHaus Internorm for our PassivHaus EnerPHit project in Winchester. The product is excellent, with both the HS330 large lift and slide doors, along with the HF210 windows and doors used through-out. The original installation was in 2016/17. The aftercare has been outstanding, with Victoria the installation manager organising the team including Stuart - trouble shooter and one of the installation teams called out to assist addressing a problem which came to light in recent storms. This was not a window or door failure, but even

EcoHaus Internorm installed a very large window with sliding patio door and a section with a hinged door. Their advice was excellent during our visit to their showroom and throughout the survey process. The teams were knowledgeable; made sure we were informed throughout the project and kept to the promised time schedule. The fitting team was very efficient and tidy and the finished product has worked beautifully since its installation in March 2019. We would have no hesitation in recommending EcoHaus Internorm .

The team's service from the get go has been above and beyond. In particular Craig L, Craig M, Aimee, Gary and Jay who have all been incredible throughout the quotation, order and installation process. In particular i would like to highlight their after care service. We couldn't express how approachable, proactive and in particular - the level of care and pride the team take in their work. Even post installation, when we had a query about our slider Aimee without hesitation arranged for Gary and the team to come out again to the site and inspect the slider. We were blown away by the dedication

Following a trial installation of Internorm windows on an out building, we were convinced that these were the windows and doors we wanted. However, the south of England supplier (not Ecohaus) did not install cills and finishes. As this was a total surprise, we wanted to find an alternative supplier when it came to putting in our house. We met with various companies, but Ecohaus impressed from the start.
Nick at Ecohaus took much time to understand our requirements and over several meetings, some changes to spec and various re-quotes, we developed a great relationship. The eventual price agreed

EcoHaus Internorm recently fitted windows on our new build house. From the initial contact and design process through to the installation and aftercare we found the service to be open, honest and first class. We are delighted with the results - the windows are high quality and value for money, making a real difference to the feel of our new home. Would recommend a visit to their Nailsworth showroom to find out more.

EcoHaus Internorm recently installed all the windows and doors for our new build house and we're very pleased with the end result. The quality is superb and they look lovely. Very impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful sales service. Fitters were fantastic and took such care to do a good job. Only one issue - Internorm's fault - but EcoHaus have worked so hard to resolve it to our satisfaction - thank you very much. Would definitely recommend. This week our replacement glazed panels were finally fitted. So pleased that Pedro and Josh did this - they are friendly, helpful, professional and
