Moved into a property in Jan with 9 year old units from West Norfolk glass. One is faulty, I called to arrange it to be fixed under warranty and am still waiting after 6 weeks.
Was told would have a call in a few days, subsequently to keep it together from the works on the new property we wanted a window removing, making bigger in the wall, had a manager round but am still waiting for the quote from 6 weeks ago..... Have been tryingbto call but seems line isn't manned on a Saturday....
