He made no charge for the call out and he did inspect the drains. Unlike Chris Anglian Water said they would be around within 48 hours, even though I have raw sewage flowing past my front door! Came out to see me very quickly, Chris was a lovely chap and restored my faith that there are some great traders who are not rip of merchants out there.
