Need to replace an externally glazed double glazed unit on the 16th floor. Only way to do it is with fitters who can absail down the building. Why architects design buildings with externally glazed units at this height is beyond me, but these guys will do it.

Following issues left with pre-existing builders contact was made with James. James is an approachable guy with an open and friendly attitude. James visited site with Aron who completed the installation of glass panels to two windows and adjustment for rear door. I would use again.

Hugely impressed with the service I received from James and Aaron today. They worked tirelessly and cheerfully for 8 hours and replaced 4 misted panes, all the handles and hinges in the house repaired up to insurance standard, repaired two doors and also sorted out my rotten bathroom window frame. They cleaned up as they went along and were super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future repairs and can highly recommend them! Thank you both for your work today!
