The after care service is horrendous had my hot tub 19 mth had to contact numerous times and waited mths to get a faulty audio unit replaced When it was lasted 14wks....... Still waiting for another replacement!!!!! Promises to ring and doesn't!!!!!! Now not answering the phone!!!!!!! Fuming is an understatement Customer care.... zero!!!!!!

From the first time we enquired the service was professional, personal and outstanding. We were given all the advice needed by Russ who couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery and installation was smooth and quick due to the advice we were given to prepare and the guys commissioning the hottub were fantastic.

Brilliant,came out when they said they would,sorted out the problem with no fuss despite us not buying the hot tub from them..Everyone I dealt with from Dan,to Ash,to Matt were fantastic.If I could give then a six I would ..and heres a tip if you are in Exeter ,don't bother ringing H2O for any sort of service.Despite buying the hot tub from them I'm still waiting for the promised call back

I made an appointment for a quote to re-line our swimming pool. This was cancelled by Deep End with ten minutes notice when we are at least an hour away. The re-scheduled appointment was cancelled today with twenty minutes notice. Needless to say, I did not make another appointment, especially as my impression was that this happens on a regular basis and in both cases, the call was somewhat offhand and did not inspire any confidence.

I called into the branch after doing some general online research on hot tubs, and had a number of questions about the tub and the service, and everything I asked was answered with a positive reaction and the knowledge I was looking for.
I viewed the hottubs and came home to consider what I wanted, I decided on the Dartmoor, within a few days I has a site survey to check if it was suitable to get a tub in and where it was going, what I needed done etc. All was agreed and we went ahead, after getting a good

Deep End Pools supplied and filled our hot tub last year. We received the most professional /helpful service ever! What a great company.
