We had some great times which included two pool parties. It was definitely a hit with my daughter's friends for her 18th birthday & got the family vote at the second party too! Bonus of the weather but with the gazebo & lights it was perfect anyway even if there was rain! Thank you & good luck! HOT TUB: We require a 2.2m by 2.2m flat surface for the hot tub and 2.4m by 2.4m for gazebo. We can install on Grass, Decking or Patio. Please note if the decking is more than 2ft high we will not install. BEER MACHINES: These fit through standard doors but please note we can not bring up 2 or more steps.

We were let down last minute by this company, we’d ordered, confirmed and paid a deposit for a tub specifically for a party.
The day before the party, after enquiring about delivery, we were told our booking had ‘gone into the wrong email folder’ and they couldn’t get us a tub for the day promised. No real apology or offer of a solution other than a different day and a smaller tub which doesn’t help when ordered specifically for a party.
The worst thing was all the reminders we recieved about the booking which made us assume it was going ahead, apparently this is just an automated system

We were also let down last minute by this awful company. No communication at all I had to chase them. I booked and paid a deposit in March for a 50th birthday in August. Eventually they offered to deliver the day after the party which is absolutely unacceptable. They could not give less of a hoot if they trying, simply saying "you can have your deposit back, we don't need it , we have loads". Shocking service.

We used this company 2 years in a row now. The first year, in lockdown, was brilliant, he was a smaller company then, he was polite, friendly, prompt and no issues at all. Lovely tub, couldn't have asked for more.
This year, our 2nd year, was not the same. His company has expanded and you can feel it. Customer service is terrible, the tub wasn't what we ordered and was very tatty when it arrived so the delivery man said he was told to just cut the tatty bits off, which I found strange, just do that before you arrive if you're already aware you know..? I booked a hot tub for my daughters 11th birthday over a month ago and literally 4 days before the booking they email me to say they can’t honour the booking leaving my daughter devastated and giving me no time to plan an alternative. Their website advertises they cover the South West including the Bristol area but apparently not to my address. Fine but why hold onto my deposit and not communicate as soon as I made the booking. Terrible customer service- avoid. I’ll be waiting to see if I get my deposit back it whether this is a scam.
